The Addison’s courtyard is a wonderful, romantic setting for a small wedding service. The lush landscaping and the central fountain are perfect backdrops for your special day. The Addison welcomes two types of weddings, the elopement and a full wedding service. Elopements at the Addison are a relatively simple affair. Several wedding service samples are provided to choose from and they can be edited for use as the Bride and Groom wish. The Bride and Groom can complete their paperwork and get their license at the County Courthouse just two blocks away from the inn. The Innkeeper will perform the service in the courtyard at a time convenient to both the Bride and Groom and the Innkeeper.

The Elopement Special includes a dozen roses and the wedding service and costs $85. This special package is available only to registered guests of the Addison. Any additional people attending the service must also be registered guests. The Addison’s facilities are exclusively used for our guests.

Facilities are not available for receptions with the elopement package. Other registered guests will be at the inn and we cannot deny them access to the full use of our facilities.

The Addison’s courtyard and the surrounding galleries can comfortably accommodate 28 people for a stand-up wedding service. We do request that the wedding party book the entire inn, all 14 guest rooms, maximum 28 people, for two nights. That gives an entire day in which you can decorate, officiate and celebrate the wedding as you wish. We strongly suggest that you preview the property in person prior to reserving the inn.

The Addison has limited space for a full, sit-down reception. Our dining room holds 12 and our separate courtyard verandah has space for 10. The courtyard, although a romantic setting, is a relatively small area and does not have space for additional chairs or tables. We recommend that one of the local restaurants, within easy walking distance, be reserved for your reception and dining needs. Due to space limitations we cannot allow access to the kitchen or our fridges.

The base rate for two weekend nights is $6380. Discounts may apply depending on the time of year. Our regular deposit policy applies and the first night of the stay will be charged as a deposit when the reservation is made. The inn must be booked under one reservation. We are licensed for 28 people so there is a maximum of 2 people per room allowed. The wedding cancellation policy is different from our regular cancellation policy in that if you cancel within two weeks of the wedding you will forfeit your deposit. Consideration will be made if rooms can be rebooked.
