Room 10 is on the second floor, overlooking the courtyard flowers and fountain. The bedroom has been newly decorated with a palm motif, reminiscent of the grand homes of Old Florida. The room has a king-sized bed, desk, upholstered chair, an armoire with a TV and VCR/DVD player, CD player, and an individual climate-control system.

The bathroom has an oversized jetted tub with integral shower.
