Your innkeepers share a commitment to preserving and improving the environment while, at the same time, providing the luxury and convenience that the discriminating travelers of today expect.

In order to reduce our impact on the local landfill the inn actively participates in recycling. Instead of providing the little bottles of shampoo that end up in the trash after a single use we have installed dispensers for environmentally sensitive shampoo, body wash and conditioners.

Our luxury linens are 100% cotton, as are the sumptuous bath towels. Blankets and coverlets are either 100% cotton or bamboo fiber, or a combination of cotton and bamboo.

We serve organic, fair trade Peruvian coffee and purchase organic foods whenever possible.
