16oz can of Chick Peas, drained. (Keep the liquid as you will use about 2/3 of the can in the hummus)
2 Tbsp sesame tahini
Juice of ½ a lemon
1 Tsp of salt
1 Tsp of pepper
5 cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tsp cayenne pepper
1 Tsp Cumin
¼ sliced red pepper

In a blender, combine chick peas & liquid & tahini. Add the lemon juice, salt, pepper & garlic and blend until smooth.
Spoon hummus onto a plate and drizzle olive oil around edges. Garnish with cayenne pepper, cumin, parsley, and sliced peppers. Served with grilled pita.
