Crab Dip
• 11 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 2 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat, drained and flaked
Once everything is mixed you’ll need:
• 1 French baguette
• 1 cup crab dip (from above)
• 1 cup of shredded cheese (We prefer cheddar and jack)
• 1 clove minced garlic
• Salt & pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to Broil (550 degrees)
Mix equal parts shredded cheese and crab dip (cold). Add garlic, salt, and pepper and mix together.
Spoon onto sliced baguette and bake for 5 min or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
